A Certified Pilates Instructor with attention to detail. Phyllis has been instructing and certified in physical movement for over 40 years. She draws from her experience as a dancer, a dance teacher, a yoga teacher, a personal trainer, an equestrian, and a Pilates instructor, to help you create and meet your goals. Coming from retirement because pilates classes became a passion.

PS Pilates is located in the serene setting of Houndslake Wellness Center. Your private pilates class will be looking out a wall of windows at the woods behind us. The equipment is all new and includes a Cadillac, a Contemporary Reformer, a Classical Reformer, a Ladder Barrel, and a Chair. The space is relaxed and inviting.
